The Entrance - Rejoov Camp

Thanks everyone, all 20 adults and 13 kids had a fantastic, action packed weekend away according to the itinerary below. 

These were our camp mottos:  “Fun & friendly – all levels – all ages” “Be your best” “Train smart & with quality” “Social connection”

 

The Entrance Itinerary – 25th to 28th November 2016

 

Friday 25th Nov:

Check in anytime from 3pm

5pm: The Entrance town run loop 8km w Chris or swim with Greta, Kids scooter & running races round the caravan park

6:30pm: Pasta / rice / lasagna / salads dinner (supplied)

 

Saturday 26th:

7am: The Entrance park run 5km, remember your bar codes (warm up jog 6:40am)

7.45am: 30km cycle

8.30am: Breakfast (supplied) head to Chris & Greta’s cabin with your plates & cutlery

11am: Swim session (ocean or ocean pool) / beach sprints, great session for the kids

12.30pm: Lunch provided, free time i.e. kids skate park

3.30pm: Pelican feeding - town waterfront

4pm: Nutrition Session with Charlene then Core strength & stretch with Greta - town waterfront

6pm: BBQ dinner (provided) & games i.e. Celebrity Heads

 

Sunday 27th:

7am: Central Coast half marathon / 10km / easy short-long run

9am: Breakfast (supplied) head to Chris & Greta’s cabin with your plates & cutlery - Goal Setting chat

11am: Beach / ocean pool / lunch (DIY)

3.30pm: Pelican feeding - town waterfront

5pm: Social easy run / swim

This is a tough roughly 18km run with 1000m of elevation through some of the most beautiful national park scenery you would ever see in the Tasman National Park. Most of the national park is accessible only by foot so it was a fabulous way to see a part of Australia I may not have otherwise.
